P90X Adventures: Week 10 Day 1 Chest, Shoulders & Triceps

I've made it to week 10!!  Holy shit!  I have just 1 month left of P90X after today.  I've been doing only all the main routines.  I haven't really done Ab Ripper X.  I'm usually too worn out or simply out of time to get to it. Though, I think I'm going to just jump right back into this again after I finish.  Perhaps that's when I'll pick it up seriously.  I also just picked up Rev Abs so I may just wait and do that for a new 90 day adventure.

Today's Chest, Shoulder's & Triceps was a hell of a workout.  I think I'm finally getting the form right on a lot of these moves now that I've got the strength and it's making them all the more difficult to do.  Today was also the first time I decided to try using bands the whole way through.  I'm starting to really dig the bands and I really starting to understand how I can get some serious resistance going on.  I'm feeling the burn in 8-10 reps now and that's a beautiful thing.  I think my personal highlights for the day were blasting out 20 straight leg chair dips, and 6 pike presses with really excellent form.  They felt awesome to pull off.  I might even be ready to raise a leg with my chair dips.

This morning, I powered up with a smoothie.  I think I'll call it Berry bliss...

 Berry Bliss:
3-4 leaves of Kale
1 handful of Spinach
Small handful of blackberries
4-5 Strawberries (frozen)
1 cup of Blueberries (frozen)
1 Banana
1/4-1/2 cup flax seed
handful of goji berries.
1/2-1 cup of water.
